We go through your documents and options – in person in Vranov nad Topľou or online.
You receive a clear plan and the fee before any work starts.
I prepare filings and represent you before courts, authorities and the other party.
Consultation
In person at the office or online (video call). You can book a time online.
Fees for representation
The amount and method of the fee are agreed in writing in advance – hourly, fixed (flat), tariff-based or, where permitted, a share of the value of the matter. If no agreement is made, the tariff fee under Decree of the Ministry of Justice of the Slovak Republic No. 655/2004 Coll. applies.
Not registered for VAT – the amounts stated are final.
